Conversion Rate Optimization for Ecommerce

CRO is about one number: the share of visitors who buy. We improve it by fixing the product page, the checkout path, the trust signals and the mobile experience — then proving the change against the numbers you already have.

The only number that justifies your traffic

Every other metric — sessions, impressions, followers — is a leading indicator. Conversion rate is the one that converts attention into revenue. A store converting at 2% needs twice the traffic of a store converting at 4% to hit the same sales target. That’s why CRO is leverage: it works on traffic you already pay for, or already earn.

We don’t guess what’s holding your store back. We measure where visitors hesitate or leave, then fix those specific points.

Where we look first

  • Product pages — the decision environment: media quality, option clarity, pricing presentation, reviews and trust signals placed where hesitation happens
  • Checkout path — every forced step, unclear field and mobile friction point, reduced to the shortest safe route to payment
  • Navigation — can a new customer find the thing they came for in under a few taps?
  • Mobile experience — where most of your traffic lives, and where most conversion leaks hide
  • Trust and reassurance — shipping, returns, security and brand signals, present without clutter
  • Analytics — event tracking wired correctly so every change can be judged, not argued about

How we run it

Baseline. We establish your current conversion rate and funnel drop-off before touching anything — this is the number everything gets measured against.

Fix the big leaks first. Most stores have a handful of high-impact issues (a broken mobile checkout path, a product page that buries the decision, missing trust signals). We fix those before micro-optimizing.

Measure and iterate. Changes ship, data comes in, we adjust. Where your traffic volume supports it, we use structured A/B testing; where it doesn’t, we use sequential before/after measurement and say clearly which is which.

Proof, not promises

The Rachel’s Texas Kitchen rebuild included checkout conversion architecture and ended at an 8.73% conversion rate with 701 monthly orders. The Unleashed Apparel storefront was engineered around mobile conversion with a 4.6% checkout rate. We don’t promise revenue figures for your store — we promise the process above, and we show you the numbers as they move.
